I used to be known by my own name

Shaking hands asking how is your day

Where do I work? For an agency

It’s a pretty nice place upstate

Well I’m not opposed to laughing at me

But there is a point where it gets ugly

I did a job one afternoon 

Where conditions weren’t ideal

In front of a camera crew

You slip up one time

And everybody calls you taco in the bathroom clown

Some people are known by the work they’ve done

Maybe speaking kind or reaching out help someone

Those people keep on living their lives

I would assume with some joy

Knowing they’re not the guy

Who slipped up one time

And everybody calls him taco clown bathroom fail

They’ll never let you post bail

I wanna tell my kids one day

That it doesn’t matter what they say

Who you are is greater than your mistakes

I can speak with authority

Also kids dear God just please don’t take your 15 

Eatin’ dinner shamefully in a Porta-John on a slope

You slip up one time

And everybody calls you rolling bathroom taco clown fall

You get up one time

And walk away like it’s nothin’ at all

You slip up one time

And everybody laughs for however long it takes

Until the next time

Someone else falls down on their face

And you’re there with a little grace
